You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infin8Hub, its affiliates, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first attempt resolution through negotiation; if unresolved, it will be referred to binding arbitration in Ras Al Khaimah.
